Bioarchitech acts an industry partner for the Engineering Biology Centre for Doctoral Training (EngBioCDT) at the University of Oxford, supporting the integration of industry insights into academic training. Dr Andri Vasou, our Head of Platform Development, was invited to deliver two lectures on the immune system, addressing its roles in health and disease. Under the EngBioCDT program, Bioarchitech collaborates closely with Associate Professor Malavika Nair, who specialises in biomaterials. Together, we offer students short-term research projects aimed at investigating innovative approaches to mRNA delivery, focusing on developing alternative delivery vehicles that improve efficacy and cancer targeting. These projects allow students to gain hands-on experience in cutting-edge therapeutic development, bridging academic research with industrial application.
